1. Data we collect

Order details: name, phone number, email, delivery address and governorate.
Payment details: online payments are processed by secure payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
Browsing data: device and browser type, pages viewed and items added to cart, collected through cookies.
Messages: anything you send us by WhatsApp, phone, email or the contact form.

2. Why we use it

To confirm, prepare and deliver your order, and to handle returns and exchanges.
To contact you about your order (call, SMS or WhatsApp).
To send offers and new arrivals — only if you agreed, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
To improve the website, prevent fraud and measure our ads (e.g. Meta, Google, TikTok pixels).

3. Who we share it with

Shipping companies — only the name, phone and address needed for delivery.
Payment providers and our store platform (Shopify), which hosts the website.
Advertising and analytics platforms, in anonymised or aggregated form where possible.
Government authorities when required by law.

We never sell your personal data.

4. Cookies

Cookies keep your cart, remember your language and light/dark mode, and help us understand how the site is used. You can disable them in your browser, but some features may stop working.

5. Security and retention

Your data is stored on secure servers and access is limited to staff who need it. We keep order data for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
