By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell perfumes made by their respective houses. Brand and product names belong to their owners.
Scent, longevity and projection vary from person to person depending on skin type, weather and application.
Product photos are illustrative; bottle and packaging designs may change slightly.
Perfumes are for external use only. Do a patch test if you have sensitive skin, keep away from eyes, children and heat.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is added at checkout.
Offers are valid while stock lasts and for the stated period, and cannot be combined unless stated.
If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before shipping to confirm or cancel the order.

3. Orders

Your order is confirmed after we contact you by phone or WhatsApp.
We may cancel orders with incomplete details, unreachable phone numbers, suspected fraud, or unusually large quantities intended for resale.
You can cancel free of charge before the order is handed to the courier.

4. Shipping, returns and privacy

Delivery, returns and data use are covered by our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All original content on this website — texts, images and design — belongs to HEIST and may not be copied without permission. Third-party brand names and logos belong to their owners.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for misuse of products or for allergic reactions when the usage warnings were not followed. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
